Please select the proper type of registration form for your family:
1) I am new to Aldersgate and do not yet receive emails from the church, so my family is not in the church database. Click here for Newcomer Registration.
2) I want to register my child for Confirmation (for 6th grade and above). Click here for Confirmation Registration.
3) We have been attending Aldersgate and I can register using a parent's email address that the church has on file. Click here for direct AccessACS registration.
