Feasibility Study Focus Group Meetings

(Note: focus groups have now been completed)

Everyone is invited to attend one of the many Focus Group Meetings that the Finance Committee has scheduled over the next few weeks to share their suggestions and vision with the congregation about managing our debt. The purpose of these meetings is to address our Shepherd Hall and bond debt. Everyone in our congregation is invited for this opportunity to hear and discuss some of the plans proposed for Aldersgate.

This is an excellent opportunity for each member of our church family to provide the Finance Committee, the Trustees, and the Church Council with your thoughts concerning Aldersgate’s needs.  All meetings will be held at the church in Room 102 (located on the hallway between the sanctuary and Founders Hall).

Please check your schedule and mark your calendar for one of these very important meetings.  Each meeting will start with a presentation that will last approximately 20 minutes. You will then have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback as well as to answer a brief, but important questionnaire before the meeting concludes.

Aldersgate's Church Council will meet on May 12 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the information gathered during these group meetings and to determine if the church will move forward with a capital campaign at this time.

Aldersgate is important to all of us. Your suggestions are needed and valued as we fulfill our responsibilities to our congregation and our faith.
