Parents Night Out: Holiday Shopping Edition
Join us Saturday, December 16th from 3:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. here at Aldersgate for a wonderfully convenient fundraiser. All proceeds will go towards the supporting the youth and chaperones attending this summer’s mission trips.
Parents: Bring your 3 to 10-year-old children to the church and we will care for them while you finish up (or start, if you are like me) your holiday preparations! The cost is $20.00 for the first child you bring and an additional $5.00 for every child after the first. If you have more than 5 kids to bring, you will not have to pay more than $40.00. We will play games, have a snack, watch a movie and do some holiday crafting.
Youth: If you are planning to attend any of the Summer mission trips, this is the project for you! Come and spend time with the children of Aldersgate, which not only helps out their parents, but also helps you cover the cost of your mission trip.
Adult Volunteers: We will need 6 Adult Volunteers to help the youth run this event.
